Schedule Updates for Bookending Doubleheader Weekends at White Mountain

Woodstock, NH — White Mountain Motorsports Park Officials released today a change of dates for the bookending weekends at both the start and end of the 2025 season at New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track. HK Powersports Opening Day on May 17 with now include the ACT Tri-State Flying Tiger Series 75 originally scheduled for Sunday, May 18 with the NELCAR Legends and Bandoleros now jumping onboard with the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) on Sunday. Originally scheduled for Saturday, September 20, the PASS Fall Spectacular has been moved to Saturday, September 27 with White Mountain championship night moved to a Sunday afternoon special on September 28.
HK Powersports Opening Day on May 17 is now headlined by the Central Asphalt Paving 75 for the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers with the extra-distance showdown counting as both Round #1 in the Central Asphalt Paving Triple Crown and the opening showcase in the ACT Tri-State Series! Saturday, May 17 will also include the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Models, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Minis, Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Models, Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division and the Dwarf Cars!
The originally scheduled PASS Super Late Model 150, New England Supermodified Series and PASS Modified events will continue to headline the Sunday, May 18 program with the added attraction of the NELCAR Legend Cars and Bandoleros added to the schedule.
However, with a jam-packed day of racing set for New Hampshire Motor Speedway September 20, including late afternoon qualifying for the NASCAR Cup Series, prompted WMMP and PASS officials to move the four division showcase to the following Saturday for a jam-packed Championship Weekend.
Saturday, September 27 will now feature the PASS Super Late Model 150, New England Supermodified Series, PASS Modifieds and the NEMA Midgets! The following afternoon brings the 2025 championship finale for all six White Mountain divisions with a special 2:00pm Post Time to make for one last great round of Thunder in the Mountains for the 2025 season!
“Tom (Mayberry) and I didn’t want to make fans have to choose one over the other in September, especially with New Hampshire Motor Speedway hosting a play-off race for the Cup Series,” said WMMP managing partner Cris Michaud. “Then after NELCAR reached out about an additional date for May, we’ve made great plans for both the beginning and end of the year at White Mountain.”
White Mountain Motorsports Park begins the 2025 season with the six division HK Powersports Opening Day on Saturday, May 17 followed by the PASS Spectacular on Sunday, May 18 for a twin bill to headline the 33rd season opener at New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track! HK Powersports Opening Day will also feature the free-to-the-public annual White Mountain Car Show from 10:00am to 12-noon!
