/Racing America Press Release
CONCORD, N.C. - Racing America has reached a multi-year agreement with the American-Canadian Tour, continuing their partnership into the 2024 season and beyond.
As part of the partnership, the majority of the American-Canadian Tour’s events will be broadcasted on Racing America, including the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 at White Mountain Motorsports Park, the $10,000-to-win CAN-AM 200 at Autodrome Montmagny and the Claude Leclerc 150 at Autodrome Chaudiere.
The agreement also provides coverage to the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series for Late Models at White Mountain Motorsports Park. The series will compete in the Spring Board 100 on May 25, the New Hampshire Governor’s Cup Twin 100s on July 27, and the Leaf Peepers 100 on August 31.
"ACT is thrilled to be back with Racing America for the years to come and to present our hard charging action to race fans across North America," said ACT Tour Managing Partner, Cris Michaud. "Our broadcasts on Racing America will present ACT in a way that can only be matched by being at the track in person. We're also excited to bring the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series Late Model races from White Mountain to our fans watching on Racing America in 2024."
"Racing America is proud and excited to continue our partnership with the American-Canadian Tour," said Colin Smith, president of Racing America. "We look forward to working with Cris and the ACT team over the coming years to showcase these races."
The American-Canadian Tour had the largest average car count of any pavement Late Model Series in North America during the 2023 season. D.J. Shaw claimed the 2023 championship, winning two races and never finishing worse than 10th to win a hard-fought points battle with Gabe Brown.
