Marshall Rebounds for Double-Point Win at Midseason Championships

Woodard, Shannon, Wyman, and Merchant Bring Home Victories

N. Woodstock, NH — Gilman, VT’s Jeff Marshall got his season back on track just in time to capture the C&S Auto Parts/NAPA Midseason Championships at North Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park on Saturday, July 10. Marshall took the lead from South Barre, VT’s Mike “Beetle” Bailey just past halfway in the double-point 60-lap feature to earn his first Foley Oil & Propane Late Model win of the season.

The annual Holiday Spectacular presented by J.P. Sicard Inc. features four thrilling divisions capped by a Northstar Fireworks display rivaling anything fans across the country might see this weekend.

Both the Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tigers and Foley Oil & Propane Late Models have 76 green-flag laps to honor the year the Declaration of Independence was signed. Swallow swiped the lead from reigning track champion Stacy Cahoon on a restart with nine laps remaining to triumph in the 50-lap feature.

Renfrew Earns Triple Crown in Late Models

Woodstock, NH — East Thetford, VT’s Matt Sonnhalter stood firm through everything the North East Mini Stock Tour (NEMST) field could hurl at him on his way to victory at North Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park on Saturday, June 9. Sonnhalter took the lead on lap 8 of the 50-lap feature and held off a huge pack in the final dash for the win.

Carey Breaks Through with First ACT Victory in Spring Green

Woodstock, NH — New Salem, MA’s Tom Carey III became the 81st different winner in ACT Late Model Tour history by taking the Caron Fabrication Spring Green at White Mountain Motorsports Park on Saturday, June 12. Carey snuck past eight-time track champion Quinny Welch in lapped traffic just before the halfway mark of the 121-lap event and then hung on in a checkered-and-yellow finish to get his first American-Canadian Tour (ACT) victory.

ACT Season Gets Back Underway with Annual Spring Green This Saturday

Waterbury, VT — The ACT Late Model Tour heads back to New Hampshire this Saturday, June 12 for Caron Fabrication Spring Green at White Mountain Motorsports Park. The final ACT event of the spring is shaping up as a big showdown featuring the Tour regulars, several weekly White Mountain standouts, and a few of the region’s top Super Late Model stars.

After four weeks off, the ACT field is anxious to get back on track. They’ll do so at the only track hosting three Tour events in 2021. The Caron Fabrication Spring Green has long been one of ACT’s most prestigious events. This Saturday is the 46th edition of the Spring Green and the 33rd ACT Late Model Tour event overall at White Mountain.
