Marshfield’s Kylee Potter Going for WGSB Strictly Mini Rookie Honors in 2024

N. Woodstock, NH — One of White Mountain Motorsports Park’s longest supporting families continues on the path to greatness in 2024 as Marshfield, Vermont’s Kylee Potter has climbed the ladder to the Woodsville Guaranty Saving Bank Strictly Stock Minis looking for Rookie of the Year this season! Daughter of Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tiger standout Matt Potter, Kylee is moving up from the Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division for a first-time championship run in 2024.

Kylee and sister Madison Potter both ran in the Kid’s Division in 2023, leading to very busy Saturday nights for Matt but now Kylee is stepping up to the big leagues. Not only will she pursue the Strictly Mini Rookie honors, and follow in McKenna Merchant’s footsteps with two consecutive female Rookies of the Year, but she also plans to pursue the same honors at Vermont’s Thunder Road in the Street Stock division. Father Matt may not have any hair left by seasons end!

Kylee got her feet wet last season, running select Road Warrior events at Thunder Road to close out the year with a not-too-shabby 12th, 11th, and finally a 20th-place run in Mini Milk Bowl. Madison will continue to grow her skills in the Kid’s Division this season after ending 2023 with a career-best heat race win while Matt, Mike and Chandler Potter have all purchased their Flying Tiger licenses for the upcoming year.

“We’ve seen for years how crucial the Kid’s Division is to growing our regional drivers,” said White Mountain managing partner Cris Michaud. “We saw the success again last year with McKenna and to have Kylee step up in a big way to chase both Rookie trophies at White Mountain and Thunder Road, it’s pretty exciting to see.”

Thunder in the Mountains returns for the 2024 season on HK Powersports Opening Day, Saturday, May 18! Opening weekend also features the Pro All Stars Series doubleheader on Sunday, May 19 that includes the first leg of the all-new ACT Tri-State Flying Tiger Series, New England Supermodified Series and PASS Modifieds!
